Booking and payment

Cancellation
The deposit is non-refundable. The stay can be rescheduled, subject to availability.
Pets
We are pet friendly, as long as you respect the unit and leave it as you found it.
House rules
- No smoking indoors.
- No parties allowed.
- 24-hour security in every building.
- Leave everything as you found it.
- Drying racks on the balcony, or clothes and towels hung on chairs or the railing, are not allowed: the building fines the apartment. Any fine is charged to the guest.
Barbecues
- Mansa Bay: let us know in advance so we can book it and check availability. It costs $1600 and includes tableware, firewood and cleaning.
- Tiziano: let us know in advance so we can book it and check availability. It costs $1500 and includes tableware and cleaning.
